## Remodeling and renovation

Residential remodeling in Northeast Florida: kitchens, bathrooms, full-home remodeling, flooring and LVP, tile, additions, decks, and make-readies. A make-ready is paint, flooring, fixtures, and punch items so a house is ready to sell or occupy.

Most projects start around $1,000. Payments follow progress on the job and are written into the contract. The company accepts check, credit card, and cash, and does not offer financing. When a project requires a permit, the company pulls it. Where a homeowners association has to approve the work, Jim can prepare and submit the HOA paperwork, or the homeowner can handle it.

Service area: St. Johns County and Duval County (the Jacksonville Beaches, on a select basis), including Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Nocatee, and the Jacksonville Beaches (Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, and Atlantic Beach).

## Home Care membership

Palmetto Home Care is a membership for scheduled maintenance visits between remodeling projects: https://www.palmettoledger.com/home-membership

Home-watch visits while an owner is away are a separate add-on. Small jobs are welcome, and members have no project minimum.
