CRC #1335031 is a Florida Certified Residential Contractor license held by Jim. He works the jobs. The company is headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach and remodels in St. Johns County, including St. Augustine and Nocatee, and on a select basis on the Jacksonville Beaches in Duval County.

Ask any bidder three things. Who pulls the permit when the job requires one? Who will actually be in the house? How do you pay? With us, we pull the permit when it is required. The owner is on the job. Pay is by check, credit card, or cash, tied to progress in the written contract. We do not offer financing. Where an association has to approve the work, Jim can prepare and submit the HOA paperwork, or you can.

The about page is Jim’s story, including the years as a custom home builder in Minnesota before the move to Florida in 2019. The renovations page is the list of kitchens, baths, flooring, tile, additions, and decks. This page is how to hire the contractor.
