30 years as a builder and remodeler
Jim has 30 years as a builder and remodeler. He was a custom home builder in Minnesota before moving to Northeast Florida in 2019.
He is a Florida Certified Residential Contractor (CRC #1335031). Palmetto Ledger Co. LLC is the company he built in Ponte Vedra Beach for kitchens, baths, flooring, additions, and decks. He works the jobs.
The company is built around one idea: the person who owns the company is the contractor in your house. The Palmetto Home Care membership keeps that relationship going between projects.
