Palmetto Home Care Membership is a scheduled maintenance visit program for Northeast Florida homes. Home-watch visits are a separate add-on.
This program puts your remodeling contractor back in the house on a set schedule to look at finishes and do light preventive upkeep during each visit. Anything beyond that is quoted and contracted separately at member pricing.
Between remodels — not instead of them. Renovation stays the core of the company.

Priority remodeling
Members get priority scheduling for new remodeling projects. Projects are quoted and contracted separately. The after-hours line, (904) 295-5222, is for scheduling and messages, not emergency repair.
Member pricing
Member discount of 10% / 12% / 15% on labor for separately quoted and contracted work. No $1,000 trip minimum.

Visits about every 14 days while you're away, with a same-day photo report.
Included every visit
- Interior and exterior visual walk-through (roof line, gutters, screens, pool area) and a report of anything we observe
- Run faucets and showers, flush toilets, run the disposal
- Visual check of sinks, water heater, washer, ice maker, and the AC drain line and pan, and a report of anything we observe
- Check thermostat and humidity reading and report if above the target you set (we suggest under 60%). Report whether the AC appears to be cooling
- Visual look for visible signs of moisture, mildew, or pests. Not a mold assessment or pest inspection.
- Visual check of the breaker panel and a report of anything we observe
- Visual check that doors and windows appear closed and locked; report only. We are not a security, guard, or alarm-monitoring service and do not respond to alarms.
- Mail and packages brought in
- Report whether scheduled vendors appear to have serviced the property
- Key holding with signed key/alarm-code log
- Start vehicle on request
- Same-day timestamped photo report, kept as a dated log you may share with your insurer. We do not guarantee it satisfies any insurer requirement.
One post-storm check per named storm included.
Extra: storm prep (shutters, patio furniture) $250–450; contractor/delivery access $45 per half-hour. Repairs are separately quoted and contracted. Reporting only, no cleaning or landscaping. Check your insurance policy for its required check frequency.
Pre-list seller prep visit
A licensed contractor's pre-listing walk-through with a prioritized list of suggested cosmetic and repair items and rough costs. Not a home inspection.

What the membership is, and is not
Your membership includes scheduled maintenance and visual walk-through visits, a set amount of handyman time per visit for minor preventive upkeep, a photo visit report, and a member discount on labor for work you separately approve. The Membership is not a home warranty, service warranty, insurance policy, or service contract. Palmetto Ledger Co. LLC does not promise to repair, replace, or pay for the repair or replacement of any structural component, system, or appliance of your home (including roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, foundation, walls, ceilings, floors, water heater, or appliances) because of failure, defect, wear and tear, power surge, accident, storm, or any condition a visit did or did not identify. Visit reports are observations made on the date of the visit and are not a home inspection, mold assessment, pest inspection, engineering evaluation, or guarantee of condition. Any repair, replacement, or project is performed only under a separate written proposal and contract that you sign, at the member price in effect at that time. Handyman time is used at our technician's discretion for minor upkeep, does not carry over between visits, and has no cash value.
3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Cancel early and you pay the lesser of your remaining minimum months or $175 per visit received.
