Palmetto Home Care Membership is a home-watch and preventive-maintenance plan for Northeast Florida houses. It is not medical care, home health, or in-home caregiving.
Most homeowners wait until caulk fails, a door sticks, or a wet room starts to move. By then it is a project. This plan puts your remodeling contractor back in the house on a set schedule so small finish items get handled before they become the next remodel.
Between remodels — not instead of them. Renovation stays the core of the company.
