    Walk the home

    We look at the work in person before quoting. No guessing from a texted photo if the job is more than a small repair.

    Scope and quote

    Clear scope, materials, and timing. You know what is included before anyone picks up a tool.

  3. 03

    Build it ourselves

    Licensed CRC on the team. Jim works the jobs. Trades come in only when the work is outside our license — with your say.

  4. 04

    Hand it back clean

    Walk-through, punch list, and a house you can live in or list. One number if something needs a follow-up.

The absolute best contractor we have met! Jim is very fair in his pricing and does an outstanding job. He has completed several projects for us, removed and rebuilt our deck, installed our sliding glass door, remodeled our master shower and built a roof over our grill area. Great work and gets it done in a very timely manner!
