What work do you take on?

How soon can you start?
It depends on the schedule at the time. Larger jobs can usually start within about 30 days of signing, and smaller jobs often sooner. We'll give you a realistic start date with your quote.
Is there a minimum job size?
Most of our projects start around $1,000. For smaller fixes, our Palmetto Home Care members get handyman time on every visit and no trip minimum.
Do you handle HOA approvals?
Either way. We can prepare and submit the HOA paperwork for you, or you can handle it yourself if you prefer.
How do payments work?
Payments are tied to progress on the job, and the exact schedule is spelled out in your written contract. We accept check, credit card, and cash. We don't offer financing at this time.

Do you pull permits?
When a project requires a permit, we pull it. We go over what the job needs when we walk the home. Requirements vary by job and by city or county.
