We do not cover every Jacksonville neighborhood. The Jacksonville work we take is select Duval, especially Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, and Atlantic Beach, a short run from the shop. If an address is a poor fit, we say so. Inland and westside Jacksonville are not a standing promise.

A whole-home job is sequencing. The kitchen, the baths, and the floors have to be planned together so the house is not a pile of separate crews. You get a written scope. When a part of the job requires a permit, we pull it. Where an association has to approve exterior work, Jim can prepare and submit the HOA paperwork, or you can.

The full-home page describes that service across Northeast Florida. The beaches page describes the cottages, salt air, and mid-century houses. This page is the Jacksonville whole-home: what we will take, and the part of the city we will not pretend to cover.
