Home Watch for Snowbirds in Ponte Vedra Beach: Palmetto Home Care Membership

Each visit is on the calendar. After the visit you get a photo report. Small fixes use the handyman time on that visit. Keys are held with a signed key log for those scheduled visits and for vendor access you have approved.

Published membership plans are Essential at $59/month for condos and homes under about 2,000 square feet (2 visits a year, 45–60 minutes, up to 15 minutes of handyman time), Standard at $89/month for homes about 2,000–3,500 square feet (4 visits a year, 60–90 minutes, up to 30 minutes), and Premier at $129/month for larger Ponte Vedra homes and snowbirds (4 visits a year, 90–120 minutes, up to 60 minutes). Each of those visits includes a photo report.

Home-watch visits while you are away are a separate add-on: $149/month for homes up to about 3,500 square feet, $189/month for larger homes, $279/month for weekly visits, and $65 for an extra visit. Those visits run about every 14 days, with a same-day photo report. The full plan list, and the form to ask about membership, is on the Home Care page.
