Second-Home Care in St. Augustine: Scheduled Visits and Photo Reports

The house can sit quiet for weeks. Humidity does not. A scheduled visit, with a photo report when it is done, is how you see the place without waiting for a neighbor to call. Small fixes use the handyman time on that visit. If a vendor you have already approved needs to get in, keys are held with a signed key log for that scheduled access.

The published plans are the same ones on the membership page. Essential is $59/month (homes under about 2,000 square feet, 2 visits a year, 45–60 minutes, up to 15 minutes of handyman time, photo report). Standard is $89/month (about 2,000–3,500 square feet, 4 visits a year, 60–90 minutes, up to 30 minutes, photo report). Premier is $129/month (larger homes, 4 visits a year, 90–120 minutes, up to 60 minutes, photo report).

If you are away for a stretch, home-watch is the add-on: visits about every 14 days and a same-day photo report, at $149/month up to about 3,500 square feet, $189/month for a larger home, $279/month weekly, or $65 for an extra visit.
